The Mentoring Program pairs female engineering professionals with female engineering students of the same discipline for a variety of workshops and social interaction. 

The first activity for this year was a Mentoring Workshop presented by Dr. Suzanne Miklos and Ms. Beth Linderbaum of O.E. Strategies. 

Our second event was a cake decorating workshop presented by LaVada Holman of Grandma's Cupboard (330-784-1712).
